A Tale of False Stability and Counterfeit Ambition

This post should be prefaced with a disclaimer with which I will sideboard my arguments in the following paragraphs. In short, there are wonderful employees who make amazing contributions to society and culture by working in what we would call “traditional jobs.” Whether its in a private company or a public agency, they work tirelessly and selflessly and are constantly shielding the personnel they supervise or administer from the cold clutches of the bureaucracy and HR… And the best are always those who are a champion for their people, even when they fuck up.
